Abstract
Melnick-Needles osteodysplasty is a rare_ hereditary dysplasia which involves most of the bones. These patients show normal body proportion and psychomotor development and adult height are normal.
We experienced a case of Melnick-Needles osteodysplasty in a 5 year old korean female who had exopthalmos, protruding cheeks, prominent orbital rims, micrognathia, malaligned teeth, small chin, funnel chest, slight kyphosis, coxa valga, S-shaped tibial and radial bowing.
We report the case with the brief review of the literature.
